Rika Kiswardani was born in Yogyakarta and earned a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in State Administrative Science from Universitas Gadjah Mada in 1993, as well as a Master’s Degree (S2) in Policy and Administration from Flinders University, South Australia, in 2000.
Since 1994, she has pursued her career at the Ministry of State Secretariat, having held the position of Head of the Bureau of Foreign Technical Cooperation (2012–2018), and since 2018 to the present, she has served as Deputy for Administration and Management of the Presidential Palace of the Secretariat of the President. Previously, she also served as Commissioner of PT Nindya Karya (2020–2025).
Harun Sulkam was born in Ujung Pandang. He began his studies at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, and subsequently continued and completed his Bachelor of Law degree at Universitas Proklamasi Yogyakarta in 1998. He also earned a Master of Law degree from Universitas Jayabaya Jakarta in 2016.
He previously worked as Expert Staff at PT Pupuk Petro Kimia Gresik for two years. Furthermore, he served as Commissioner at PTPN VII (2006–2016) and PT Aditama Global, as well as a partner at the law firm Perdana Putra & Partner.
R Dahono W was born in Surabaya and has an educational background in law. He earned a Bachelor of Law (S1) from Universitas Wijaya Kusuma Surabaya and continued his education to obtain a Master of Law (S2) from Universitas Narotama Surabaya. With over three decades of professional experience, he has served as a lecturer (1987–2025) and pursued a career as a legal consultant/advocate (1990–2021).
He also previously served as a Member of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia / DPR RI (2009–2014), Coordinator of DPR RI Expert Staff (2015–2020), and Special Staff to the Leadership of DPR RI (2020–2021). Furthermore, he served as Independent Commissioner of PT Len Industri (Persero) during the 2021–2025 period, as well as a GCG Instructor at the Center for Accounting and Financial Development (2022–2026).
Intan Fauzi, a graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Law from Universitas Indonesia and a Master’s Degree in International Law from the University of Nottingham, England. She previously served as Senior Manager and Head of Indofood’s Representative Office in Tokyo (1994–2007), CEO of Graha Inti Fauzi (2007–2017), and Commissioner of PT Fauzi Panca Manunggal (2014–2024).
In the legislative sector, she served as a Member of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia (DPR RI) for Commissions V and VI (2018–2024) and was part of the Energy SOE Bill Working Committee. In 2024, she was appointed as Special Staff to the Coordinating Minister for Food.
An Indonesian citizen, Fuji Koesumadewi has served as Exploration and Development Director at PGN Saka since September 4, 2023. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Geophysical Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung in 2000, and a Master’s Degree in Geological Engineering from the same institution in 2011.
Fuji Koesumadewi has over 16 years of experience working at Pertamina. Throughout her career, she has also served in various key roles, including Exploration Manager, where she oversaw exploration activities and strategies, as well as Vice President of Exploration at PT Pertamina Internasional EP Regional 5, where she was responsible for high-level decision-making and management within the organization.
An Indonesian citizen, Achmad Agus has served as Operations Director at PGN Saka since September 4, 2023. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering from UPN Veteran Yogyakarta in 1991. With over 24 years of experience in the upstream oil and gas sector, he brings extensive expertise and knowledge to his current role.
In addition, Achmad Agus has served in important positions, most recently as General Manager of Zone 2 at PT Pertamina Hulu Energi.
Muhammad Atras Mafazi earned a Medical Degree from the Faculty of Medicine, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, and a Master of Management degree from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Indonesia. He previously served as Commissioner of PT Merial Insan Medika and PT Berkah Adhikari Indonesia Kreatif, as well as President Director of PT Esefa Krida in 2018.
Currently, he is also active in various organizations, including the Central Board (PP) of the Indonesian Economists Association (ISEI), PP Pemuda Muhammadiyah, PP Islamic Economic Society (MES), and DPP Pemuda Tani Indonesia.
