Saka Energi Indonesia (PGN Saka), as an affiliate of PGN Subholding Gas Pertamina, has once again achieved prestige in the oil and gas sector by winning the Patra Nirbhaya Karya Utama and Patra Nirbhaya Karya Madya awards. This award was presented at the 2024 Oil and Gas Safety Award Ceremony held by the Directorate General of Oil and Gas at the JS Luwansa Hotel, Jakarta.
PGN Saka through Saka Indonesia Pangkah Limited successfully won the Patra Nirbhaya Karya Utama award for the fifth time, achieving a total of 19,282,952 Safe Work Hours (without lost workday due to accidents) for Exploitation activities during the period of January 1, 2014 – April 30, 2024. Furthermore, Saka Energi Muriah Limited received the Patra Nirbhaya Karya Madya award for the first time, achieving a total of 710,084 Safe Work Hours for Exploitation activities during the period of June 17, 2020 – April 30, 2024, after previously winning Patra Nirbhaya Karya Pratama twice in a row. This achievement reflects the company’s commitment to maintaining high and consistent occupational safety standards in executing all of its operational activities.
Among the guests of honor present were Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Bahlil Lahadalia, Acting Director General of Oil and Gas Dadan Kusdiana, Leaders of Oil and Gas Engineering Heads, as well as representatives from various oil and gas companies.
