Saka Energi Indonesia, an affiliate of PGN Subholding Gas Pertamina, successfully won an award as one of the Top 3 Perwira Ksatriya Award 2024 Subholding Gas. This award was presented on Thursday, November 28, 2024, during an event held at the Graha PGAS Building, Jakarta. In this event, the award was received by three representatives from PGN Saka, namely Nani Idawati, Faisal Muhammad, and Ratna Dyah Perwitasari, who directly received the award from the Director of Risk Management of PGN, Mr. Arief Kurnia Risdianto.
This event was held as a form of appreciation to Perwira who have actively supported and contributed to the implementation of the Living Core Values AKHLAK program in 2024. This program aims to strengthen the application of corporate values within PGN Subholding Gas Pertamina environment.
In addition to Mr. Arief Kurnia, PGN’s board of directors also attended this event, namely Director of Strategy and Business Development – Mrs. Rosa Permata Sari, Director of Finance – Mr. Fadjar Harianto Widodo, Director of HR and Business Support – Mr. Rachmat Hutama, along with their line-ups. Aside from PGN Saka, PT Perta Samtan Gas and PT PGAS Solution also became Top 3 in this award.
As part of its effort to support the AKHLAK program, PGN Saka carries out flagship activities through a program charter. Some of the leading activities this year were the launch of the EMA 1.0 application, TechnoDay, and the strengthening of the 4NO’s values which were socialized through posters and video campaigns.
“The appreciation we received is certainly not the result of individual work, but rather the result of solid teamwork and full support from various parties, including the Board of Directors, the Agent of Change team, and all Saka Officers,” said Nani as a representative of the winners. Through this award, PGN Saka demonstrates its commitment as part of the big family of PGN Subholding Gas Pertamina in building a work culture based on AKHLAK values with integrity and innovation. Not only that, this event can also increase motivation to continue strengthening the implementation of AKHLAK values in the future.
