JAKARTA, December 10, 2025 – PT SAKA Energi Indonesia (SAKA), an upstream oil and gas company and part of Pertamina’s Gas Subholding, won the Living Core Values (LCV) AKHLAK award through Intan Fauzi, President Director of SAKA, in the Best Engagement Team category. The award was presented to the President Director of SAKA at the Grha Pertamina Ballroom by Pertamina Director of Business Support M. Erry Sugiharto, Independent Commissioner Condro Kirono, and Independent Commissioner Raden Adjeng Sondaryani.
LCV is a form of appreciation for the implementation of the AKHLAK culture within the Pertamina Group, encompassing work units, subsidiaries, affiliates, and subholdings. The assessment focused on 9 leading indicators, with deliverables evaluated through PASTI aspects (Productivity, Accountability, Safety, Teamwork, and Innovation). Program execution included three main initiatives:
- Standard Program – ONE Hour Meeting: SAKA implemented the Effective Meeting Application (EMA).
- Mandatory Program – ONE Action: SAKA implemented the AKHLAK Observation Card (Kartu AS).
- Specific Program – ONE Kolab: Collaboration focused on 10 sustainability focus areas. SAKA implemented the Mangrove Area Conservation and BERSAKA program (Clean, Environmentally Friendly, Waste Management).
LCV monitoring was conducted through the establishment of a Steering Committee at the Subholding level, routine evaluations with leaders, and evidence score monitoring via an integrated dashboard. LCV award categories included Best Engagement Team, Best Sustained Performance, Best Incremental Improvement, The Inspiring Leader, Best Leader VP/Equivalent Officer, and Best Leader GM/Equivalent Officer.
President Director of SAKA, Intan Fauzi, expressed, “Alhamdulillah, today SAKA received the LCV award as the Best Engagement Team. This is the result of teamwork across the entire organization and the dedication of SAKA’s Perwira and Pertiwi in consistently executing the LCV program.”
In 2023, SAKA recorded achievements through the designation of SAKA’s President Director at that time as The 3rd Best Leader in the GM Category, continuing the 2022 achievement when SAKA ranked second in the assessment of LCV AKHLAK implementation. This consistency reflects the company’s commitment to internalizing AKHLAK values across all levels of the organization.
This success was inseparable from the active role of SAKA’s AKHLAK Agent of Change (AoC), who routinely carried out socialization programs, submitted progress reports, and consistently implemented the Culture Project Charter.
Chairman of AOC AKHLAK SAKA, Arif Batubara, added, “Thank you to the entire AOC team and all lines that supported us, including the ILT and the Board of Directors. Hopefully, we can continue to internalize LCV AKHLAK values, both in our work and personal lives going forward.”
SAKA will continue to strengthen the implementation of AKHLAK values through corporate culture programs, increase the participation of Perwira and Pertiwi, and ensure the creation of a productive, collaborative, and innovative work culture as a strong foundation to support the sustainability of the Company’s upstream oil and gas operations.
“May this award serve as a boost of enthusiasm for 2026. Thank you for all your hard work throughout this time. We are grateful that throughout 2025, SAKA continues to contribute to national energy security,” Intan added.
Thank you for the dedication and collaboration of all parties. Let us continue to move forward delivering good energy for Indonesia.
